Rural Healthcare Training Weekend

RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

“Vendors / sponsors”

 

FACILITY

 

All participants and vendors must follow all rules of the current facility Lincoln County High School and Lincoln County Area Technology center.

 

Examples

No food or drinks allowed in non designated areas

No Smoking or Tobacco use in non designated areas

No firearms allowed except by sworn peace officers

*No Alcohol allowed on premises

*No Illegal Drugs allowed on premises

 

  • May be allowed for demonstrational purposes or visual aids in reference to the educational benefit and it must be approved by a law enforcement officer

 

EXHIBITOR LIABILITY

 

Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage they cause to the facility floors, walls, tables or buildings due to neglectful actions while on the property.

 

EXHIBITOR THEFT, LOSS, OR DAMAGE

 

Rural Healthcare Training Weekend is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor’s displays or property.  It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to staff and monitor your booths during the training.

 

REGISTRATION

 

All vendors need to register as soon as possible for advertising purposes.  For those vendors that get advertising in brochures, programs, digital imaging, signage, etc… need to have your ads and logos to us by the deadline date set.  We cannot guarantee the proper advertising that each of you deserve if we have late entries of materials.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (VENDORS / SPONSORS)

 

In the event that Rural Healthcare Training Weekend Staff chooses to cancel the event with out a reschedule date then a full refund will be given to all participants.  In the event of winter weather or other uncontrollable circumstance that causes the event to be cancelled then the committee may issue a reschedule date. The information will be updated at Stanfordems.com and every attempt will be made by staff to contact each vendor / sponsor via email or phone to notify everyone of the cancellation.  The reschedule date will be posted at stanfordems.com and attempts will be made for notification via email to all participants.  Once the notification is made, vendors / sponsors will have (7) days to request a refund. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period ends.

 

PHOTO, AUDIO, VIDEO RECORDINGS

 

Rural Healthcare Training Weekend Staff reserves the right to use any and all logo, photo, audio, and video recording obtained for the purpose of advertisement. If a participant, sponsor, or vendor chooses to opt out of allowing Rural Healthcare Training Weekend staff to use any photo, audio, and video recording then the participant must submit that request in writing to the Rural Healthcare Training Staff.

 

RELEASE OF INFORMATION

 

Rural Healthcare Training Staff reserves the right to release participant, sponsor, or vendor contact information to participants, sponsors and vendors that participate at the Rural Healthcare Training Weekend.  If a participant, sponsor, or vendor chooses to opt out of allowing Rural Healthcare Training Weekend staff to release any of their contact information, then the participant, sponsor, or vendor must submit that request in writing to Rural Healthcare Training Staff.
